The second phase of Hanvo New Materials Phase II Factory started production New Materials project started in February 2022. The total investment of the project is 430 million yuan, covering an area of 100 acres and a total construction area of approximately 51,000 square meters.
After a year of intense construction, the factory will start trial production in February 2023 and mass production in March. The factory will purchase about 1,150 sets of domestic equipment such as PE fiber production lines, winding machines, coating machines, and glove machines, which will form an annual production capacity of 2,400 tons of high-strength and high-modulus polyethylene fibers, 1,200 tons of core-spun yarns, 2,000 tons of coated yarns, and 4 million dozen of high-performance cut-resistant knitted gloves. Half of the factory’s output will be supplied to the high-end cut-resistant gloves sector, and the other half will be used for bulletproof vest production. It is expected that taxable sales of 820 million yuan and tax revenue of 72 million yuan will be achieved.
